    Simply the best .
    Chinese food is very subjective I think. Most take aways feature almost identical menu meals but rarely if ever can you say they are even similar in flavour, quality etc.
    My meal of choice is sweet and sour mixed meats Cantonese style - rice or chips or ideally a mix of both; side order of spring roll perhaps.
    For me and for my favourite meal, Shengs in Ainslie Strret Barrow is the number one.
    Good ingredients, well cooked and delivered to your door - does it get better than that ?
    The sweet and sour sauce is consistently toothsome - rich, just the right consistency and lifted further by chunks of green peppers, pineapple and sliced onion. Meats and seafood is generously cut and flavourful.
    What more could one ask ?
